If you find any item ordered from us to be defective, please email us or call us toll free at 1-888-55-XTAPE. You will be provided with instructions to receive your proper credit. You must contact us for a "Return Authorization" number. If a product was damaged during shipping, we will arrange to pickup and return the shipment, at our expense. Any "damaged" parcels must be reported within 48 hours to receive credit. All "defective" merchandise must be returned to us within 20 business days for any replacement. Please include all packing materials and the original box with all returns. Defective items will be exchanged promptly with the same merchandise.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by the misuse of products, or for damage to tapes caused by faulty VCR players or other customer equipment. If you are returning a defective tape, please cue it up to the point where the defect begins.
*** Warning About "Extended Play" VHS Tapes - Please Note: For those of you not familiar with "Multi-Hour (2, 4, 5, 6, or 8 hours) compilation" videotapes. These are recorded on "Extended Play" mode. Which could sometimes mean the picture quality might at times not be very clear. And usually cannot be viewed on international VCRs. Most "extended play" videos have some of the best scenes cut from a variety of movies, or are a combination of "more than one movie" on a "single cassette" and is usually sold as a "value" tape. Unfortunately, the trade off for the lower cost of these tapes is at times a reduced picture quality. We stock these videos because many of our clients request them. We do not stand behind the quality of these tapes and they cannot be replaced unless they are "completely unviewable". Of course, all other videos will gladly be exchanged if defective.
We cannot accept returns on any toys, marital aids, etc., unless the item in question contains a defect caused by the manufacturer. *NOTE: Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
